Regional Director

Frank was saved in 1975 at 29 years of age; for the next 15 years he was in retail building supplies and served at his local church at Forest Hills in Dartmouth and in Lake Echo.  Sensing a call to full-time ministry in 1990—a calling shared by he and Judy—Frank was appointed Chaplain at Halifax Airport, accredited under the Fellowship’s Home Missions.  In September, 1994, Frank’s home church, Lake Echo Fellowship Baptist, called him as pastor, where he served until 2013.  Over those years he saw a considerable number of people come to the Lord and be baptized; and he led the church through two building projects.  In 2016, he came out of “retirement” to be part-time, interim Regional Director for Fellowship Atlantic.
