Our topic will be "the calling of God on a pastor or planter." Our theology is clear: Christ calls people to Himself and men into pastoral ministry. Yet it seems that there are fewer ministers than there are churches who need pastoral care. Our discussion will be centered on what God is doing and how churches and denominations should actively respond to assist individuals in this call.
