Good News!

Brothers and Sisters,

It was wonderful to see so many of you at our Supercluster this past week!

This is a centrally important week for our churches. We will have Good Friday and Easter services. To remember and to celebrate our Saviour’s death, burial, and resurrection is indeed a high privilege. May God bless you as you minister. May hearts and lives be changed by the Good News we proclaim.

Even more important than our ministry is our worship. It is possible to say all the right things (even about the gospel) and not worship the One who saved us. To do so would be to “forget” the best news we have ever received. Paul Tripp calls it “gospel amnesia.” We must pray that does not become our reality!

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! According to his great mercy, he has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, to an inheritance that is imperishable, undefiled, and unfading, kept in heaven for you, who by God’s power are being guarded through faith for a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. (1 Peter 1:3-5)

It is also an important week because on April 1st Tim Elmore begins his responsibilities as our Regional Director.  We are very excited about this and we pray that we have a long and fruitful partnership together. WE WELCOME YOU, Tim!  You can reach him here: tim@fellowshipatlantic.com

Jonathan will continue to give you updated announcements and Tim will be taking over the regular communications for Fellowship Atlantic. That means that I (Andrew) will be stepping back from my part in these newsletters.

May God bless you and keep you.

Andrew
