• Here are some survey questions that can be used to help you assess the spiritual maturity of your congregation.
• These survey questions can be used together or broken up in segments that relate to the message or series you are teaching.
• They can be completed during a regular service and do not need/should not have a place to record the names of those filling them out.
• I recommend you use a 1 to 10 scale (1 being completely dissatisfied or completely disagree and 10 being completely satisfied or agree completely) so that you can easily tabulate the results and provide a percentage score for each question. The scoring is the average satisfaction or average amount of agreement to the question.
• The survey results could be shared with the congregation all at once or in conjunction with a series of messages you are doing on a related topic.
• The survey results should provide you with teaching areas to focus on for the year, after which you can do the same survey again and determine the improvements.
• These questions and groupings are examples only and are provided in Word format for ease of editing.
