Check in time is 3pm on Thursday afternoon June 21, 2012. Check out by noon on Saturday June 23, 2012

A block of 20 Suites have been held for Fellowship Atlantic. Please ensure you ask for the Fellowship Atlantic rate.

The Rooms:

The rooms that have been held are Studio Suites, with fully equipped kitchen, King size bed, living area with sofa bed and work area with free high speed internet and wireless internet access.

The Money:

Room rate is $139/night plus taxes (13% in NB).

To simplify the finances, east guest is asked to pay the hotel bill on their own - using whatever system your congregation has established for reimbursement.  Hot buffet breakfast is included in the room rate, as well as access to the fitness room, indoor pool and whirlpool and parking for your vehicle at the hotel (as space permits). Supper Friday evening is provided, all together at a local restaurant. Supper on Thursday and lunch on Friday is on your own. There will be no other out of pocket expenses for the weekend, other than activities you plan on your own.

The Reservations:

Please confirm your reservations by April 20th by leaving credit card information with the hotel. Any rooms not reserved by the April 20th cutoff may be released for resale. The hotel does not guarantee room or rate availability after the April 20th cutoff date. 

Individual cancellation deadline is 4pm local time, 5 days prior to the arrival date. Individuals who cancel after this date will be charged one night's accommodation plus tax per room.

The Guests:

All Fellowship Atlantic pastors and wives, along with paid ministry staff and spouses are invited, Regional Council members and their spouses, AGC pastors and wives, along with invited pastors and wives from Atlantic area unaffiliated congregations.

The Program:

Each evening at 7:00pm (exactly 7:00pm with grace extended to those who don't arrive until after that time - you know who I'm talking to) there is a gathering room open off the foyer for guests to mingle, fellowship, sing, share and pray. It may happen that some in the room begin to talk about sports and other fascinating topics but there will be a focused time to fellowship together, until you decide to call it a night. 

Other than Supper Friday night and the two evening gatherings there is no schedule.
